Terms of Service

ReinGate is a service operated by Lighten Apps Ltd.("we", "us", or "our"), a human-approval layer for AI agent actions. When an AI agent connected toReinGate requests a sensitive operation — such as sending an email, issuing a refund, or posting a message — ReinGate pauses execution, notifies you via Telegram, and only proceeds if you explicitly approve.

By accessing or using reingate.com or the ReinGateMCP server (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and your ReinGate MCP token. Any actions taken under your account are your responsibility. Notify us immediately at hello@reingate.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to automate approval of actions you have not reviewed (e.g. scripted auto-approval bypassing the Telegram gate).
• Share your MCP token with unauthorized parties or use it to process actions on behalf of users who have not consented.
• Use connected integrations (Stripe, Gmail, Slack, etc.) in violation of those services' own terms of service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or otherwise interfere with the Service infrastructure.

The Service connects to third-party APIs (Stripe, Gmail, Slack, Telegram, and others) on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use those services and that your credentials are valid. We are not liable for actions taken by connected services once an approval is granted.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that approval notifications will always be delivered within a given timeframe.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lighten Apps Ltd. and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and legal costs (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from or related to:

• Actions executed through your account that you approved via the Telegram notification;
• Your AI agents' requests submitted through the Service;
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable law;
• Unauthorized use of your MCP token by any party.

Once you tap Approve on a Telegram notification, the execution of that action is your explicit authorization and your sole responsibility.Lighten Apps Ltd. acts as the technical executor of your decision, not as a principal.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lighten Apps Ltd. and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from approved or timed-out agent actions.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard under Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your data.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity. We will attempt to notify you before termination except in cases of severe abuse.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.

All monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

We may issue a refund at our sole discretion in cases of verified technical failures caused entirely by ReinGate that prevented access to the Service for a sustained period. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.

To request a refund, contact us at hello@reingate.com with your account email and the date of the charge. We respond within 3 business days.
